Perform deep-dive valuation & other fin’l analyses

during buy-side or sell-side merger & acquisition or

finc’ng processes to present to corporates, fin’l

sponsors, & priv clients & equity filings & docs, fin’l

projections, & models to support analyses. Lead

aspects of executing fin’l transactions, inl: interacting

w/client mgmt, or potential buyers, anlyzng fin’l

statements, conducting due diligence, drafting finc’ng

or mrktng materials, & preparing debt, equity, or

merger filings & regulatory docs (incl SEC-filed docs,

press releases, & merger proxies). Req’s: Bach deg

(U.S. or foreign equiv) in Econ., Fin’ce, Bus. Admin,

or rel. field. 2 yrs of exp in job offered or inrel. Role.

Domestic & int’l trvl req’d up to 10% of time for bus.

Meetings w/clients. All trv expenses paid by firm. Job
