Responsibilities incl: Analyze user needs & s/ware reqmts, dvlp solutions for autonomy & mobility prods, namely adv. Behavior & motion planning algos for off-road vehicles & Dsgn, dvlp, modify & test s/ware specs & scalable applics & determine performance stds; Dvlp or direct s/ware system testing or validation procedures, & architect solutions to bottlenecks; Prep project specs, activities, or status reports & correspondence; Build out infrastructure initiatives & work on solutions, optimize cloud comp & storage, & dsgn new cloud projects; Confer w/ domain experts to dsgn s/ware & obtain info on project ranges, performance reqmts & interfaces; Work on fullstack dvlpmt, infrastructiure, simulation, testing, & more; & Create behavior & motion planning w/ collision avoidance systems for safe, efficient & robust s/ware. Must have at least a Bachelor’s Deg in Comp Sci, Comp Engg, Robotics, or rltd, + at lest 2 yrs of exp as a S/ware Engineer for an autonomous technology co. & 2 yrs of exp using C++, search alogorithms, path planning, motion planning algorithm, obstacle avoidance, behavior trees, finite state machines, Markov decision processes, Robot Operate system (ROS), MPC, LQR, PID, & Linux.
