SAN JOSE: HIRING ACCOUNTANT

World Children's Fund is looking for a seasoned part-time accountant/controller to manage and execute daily financial activities. This position will manage all accounting operations, financial reporting, forecasting revenue/expenses, and when necessary assisting external auditors. This position could become a full-time position with increase in salary. Flexible hours and full health/dental/vision benefits. This position requires on-site work.

Job duties include: day-to-day bookkeeping; bill payment; bank deposits; daily recording of cash receipts; payroll processing; quarterly and annual payroll tax forms; accounts payable and accounts receivable; bank and credit card reconciliations; preparation of monthly financial statement; assist management with financial reporting needs.

Required qualifications: minimum 7+ years of related work experience; proficiency with QuickBooks, ADP, and Excel; excellent written/verbal English communication.
